Portrait of two New York City jazz musicians: Randy Felton — singer/guitarist and Marvin Neal — trombonist — and the power of their work and friendship. Playing in different venues in and around New York City — they often perform on subway platforms which is how I first met them, eight years ago. The song Somewhere Over The Rainbow, and their version/performance of it, is a huge part of the film.
